If time is an issue for you and you can't get to as many classes as you would like then online fitness is a great option. Our workouts range from 10 - 20 minutes in length and largely mirror our fitness specialisms, Pilates, HIIT and resistance training.
Workout at home or abroad, workouts are accessed via our Members Subscription page and can be played through your mobile device, tablet or computer.
Pilates: Online Pilates Workouts are ideal for participants in Inspire Me Fit Pilates classes or anyone practicing Classical Pilates. According to Joseph Pilates to see real benefits we should ideally practice 3 times each week. However, a 20 minutes is all you need to make a difference. Add two online Pilates workouts to your weekly fitness regime and you will soon start to see your body change.
HIIT: If you are looking to improve cardiovascular fitness then our signature 10 minute HIIT workouts will quickly pack a punch! Ideal too if you have taken part in our Online Weight Loss programmes and are looking for more variety with your workouts!
