If time is an issue for you and you can't get to as many classes as you would like then online fitness is a great option. With over 30 video workouts available, our on demand sessions range from 10 - 20 minutes in length all the way up to 60 minutes. Choose from High or Low Intensity Cardio workouts (LIIT and HIIT), Pilates, Kettlebell Workouts, and Freestyle Fitness Yoga.
Workout at home or abroad, on demand videos are accessed via our Members Subscription page and can be played through your mobile device, tablet or computer.
Pilates: Online Pilates Workouts are ideal for participants of our Inspire Me Fit Pilates classes or anyone practicing Classical Pilates. To get the biggest benefits we should ideally practice Pilates 3 times each week but it doesn't always need to be a full hour class. Add two 20 minute online Pilates workouts to your weekly fitness regime and you will soon start to see your body change.
LIIT and HIIT: If you are looking to improve cardiovascular fitness then our signature 10 and 20 minute Low Intensity Interval Training (LIIT) and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts will quickly pack a punch! With variations according to whatever your current level of fitness these are ideal too for fans of our Online Wellbeing and Weight Loss programmes to provide progression and variety.
