How does the Body Transformation Course work? Our online courses combine targeted, manageable workouts with coaching and complete menu plans. All the material you need including shopping lists, online workouts, day to day guidance comes to you directly in your own home.
There are now two options depending on whether you want to join a 'live' course fully supported by your Personal Trainer, or get going according to your own timescale and follow the course via our Body Transformation members-only page.
'Live' Course - Our live courses are delivered four times a year via a Secret Facebook Group. A starts together and all the information is posted as and when you need it on the Facebook Page. This option is ideal for those who enjoy group support and want the day to day coaching and motivation provided by our personal trainer.
Body Transformation Membership Page - Once you sign up and become a member you will be given access to a members-only page. Here you will find all the information you need to complete the two weeks of Body Transformation including a welcome pack, your shopping list and menu planner, day by day guidance to follow, 6 workouts and a Warm Up and Cool Down video. This option is ideal if you are self motivated and want to fit in with your own timescale. Please note this option is not supported day to day by a personal trainer.
What food will I be eating? Fresh healthy food such as chicken, meat, fish, vegetables, rice, pulses and eggs. For the duration of the programme all processed food, caffeine, alcohol, sugar, wheat and dairy will be avoided.
I don’t have time to cook separate meals for me and the family. Our programmes are designed for busy people. Most meals are quick and easy to prepare and family-friendly meals are highlighted in your menu planner. You are encouraged to plan your meals and get some made ahead and in the freezer ready for when you need them.
I am a vegetarian will the programme be suitable? If you eat eggs and some fish then you will be fine. A vegetarian meal-planning supplement is available.
I want to lose over a stone. Can the programme help me? Absolutely yes! Body Transformation is ideal to kick start a longer term programme of fat loss. You will learn about the best foods to eat and most effective ways to exercise to achieve long term, sustainable fat loss. Many of the true benefits are realised a few months down the line following small lifestyle changes you will make following your Body Transformation experience.
I am not very fit and am a bit worried about the exercises. There are two levels of workout on Body Transformation, one suitable for beginners or those wanting a low impact option. Your personal trainer is able to give you alternatives depending on you individual needs so get in touch and we can agree a way forward for you. Take a look at our pre-exercies questionnaire and email it to us for feedback on the suitability of the course for you. If you have any medical or health issues, please consult your doctor before committing.
I really want to lose that last 4 or 5lbs, but can’t seem to shift it. The combination of clean eating and focused fat burning workouts incorporated in the Body Transformation Course will get you right on target.
I don’t want to lose any more weight but am really interested in the detoxification offered by the course. Many participants sign up purely to enjoy a supported detox as it can be really hard to motivate yourself to complete a two week detox. By burning fat and increasing lean muscle your body composition will change resulting in a leaner more toned body shape. Your personal trainer is available on the live courses to modify the programme to meet your personal goal so get in touch and we can find a way forward for you. Live Course - Can I use the workouts after my course has finished? Yes! If you join the live course workouts run through Youtube, you don’t need an account simply click on the workout link from your computer, ipad, or iphone / android phone and off you go! You will keep the workout links and any of the materials you want to and are encouraged to use them as part of your ongoing training and fitness regime.
Live Course - What happens once I book through Paypal? After you have booked you will receive a Booking Confirmation by email. This will contain all the information you need for getting started. Please note that your booking confirmation can take up to 48 hours to be received.
Membership Page - How long will I have access to the course for? Your payment is one off and access lasts for 3 years. You will set up your own password to enable you to login to the Body Transformation Membership page as and when you wish.
