To complement our regular timetable we run a series of events across the year including informative workshops and for something a bit special our annual Wellbeing Day. New for 2020 is our first overseas retreat to Girona, Costa Brava!
Our events provide more detail on issues that we pick up on in classes which we think will be beneficial to our regular participants. More importantly, we get a chance to catch up with you as our events always include time for a chat over a healthy snack.

A feel good Pilates based mat class with creative use of the Roller to help open the shoulders and increase range of movement, and release muscles in the upper back.
This session is suitable for all levels. Maximum 12 participants per session.
