To complement our regular timetable we run a series of events across the year including informative workshops and for something a bit special our annual Wellbeing Day.
Our events provide more detail on issues that we pick up on in classes which we think will be beneficial to our regular participants. More importantly, we get a chance to catch up with you as our events always include time for a chat over a healthy snack.
February 2020 - Cowdray Hall
Retro Aerobics (30 minutes)
Taking you back to the 80's with moves including grapevines, mambo cha chas and the like. Come ready to elevate your heart rate and prepare to leave feeling liberated and alive. An fun aerobic workout that focuses on all elements of fitness. (Leg warmers optional!)
Skinny Jeans Workout (30 minutes)
Focusing on the ‘tricky areas’ around the butt, hips and thighs so you can rock that pair of skinny jeans with confidence. Using the mini bands we will burn fat and tone the lower body. A targeted conditioning session that gets the results you want.
Stretch and Release (30 minutes)
A full 30 minutes of focus on releasing muscular tension and increasing flexibility. This session will incorporate fascial release techniques with lengthening stretches to aid muscle recovery and ease any tension, aches or pains in the body.
A feel good Pilates based mat class with creative use of the Roller to help open the shoulders and increase range of movement, and release muscles in the upper back.
This session is suitable for all levels. Maximum 12 participants per session.
