COVID-19 Update: From Saturday 28th March for the duration of the Coronavirus epidemic and while unable to run our regular classes you will be able to join us 'live' online via Zoom.
Zoom is a simple and easy to use video conferencing platform which can be accessed from your home. You do not need a zoom account. Click on the session link from your mobile, laptop or ipad and get some much needed interaction with your favourite instructor and the rest of your class.
We are offering a comprehensive timetable with a mix of Pilates, HIIT, Mindful Moves and Fitness Yoga and will vary this according to demand. We know you are all restricted with space and classes are planned with this in mind.
Live online classes can be accessed on a pay as you go drop in basis but once you know it works for you we highly recommend purchasing a 4 week unlimited Motivate Me Pass. As well as attending any online class you like alongside this we are hosting a Motivate Me Facebook Group. Many of the live workouts will be transferred into the Facebook Group to be accessed at your leisure. Expect plenty of immune boosting recipes, fitness motivation and opportunities to connect with other like minded during this very difficult time.

You are welcome to come and try a free online session with us. Classes available pay as you or with a Motivate Me Pass. You will need to complete a pre-exercise questionnaire in advance of your first session to check that the class will be suitable for you.
Conditions of booking Live Online Classes
Please take note of the following precautions before taking part in a live online class or video workout.
IF you have ticked any risk factors on the Pre Exercise Questionnaire you will need to get approval from a GP or medical professional prior to participation in the exercise activity and follow any specific guidelines/ recommendations provided by them.
Ensure the workout area has sufficient space to move freely without obstacles or obstructions with appropriate levels of heating and lighting according to the activity. Stay hydrated.
If at any point during the class you begin to feel faint, dizzy or have any physical discomfort you should stop immediately and seek medical advice.
Please use good judgment and common sense when taking the class. Adaptations will be provided for different ability levels to enable you to work within your own capability. Consider your level and ability and choose the appropriate level of the exercise and rest when you need to.
