Are you looking for a fitness class where you are treated as an individual? Our inspirational instructors want to help you achieve your own personal fitness goals and are there to motivate, support and encourage you.
We specialise in results driven classes, often seasonal, offering variety and making use of equipment such as weights, bands and mini balls to keep you motivated. Modifications and progressions mean classes are suitable for all fitness levels.

Wednesday 9.15am - Methodist Church Hall, Swanmore (Small Group Session)
Class costs £6 pay as you go or buy a pre pay or discounted pass. Small group session costs £6.50.
In this high powered dynamic workout we add intervals, core conditioning and stretching to give you an amazing class which WILL change the shape of your body!

Saturday 8am - 8.45 - Swanmore Primary School
Class costs £5.50 pay as you go (£3 for Under 16's) or buy a discounted pass.
This class is suitable for all fitness levels.

What to expect in a Mindful Moves class
Wednesday 7pm - Swanmore College Drama Studio

Prepare in the studio perform on the slopes! This class is a must if you are skiing this year. Designed to progressively develop the muscle strength and flexibility needed to maximize your enjoyment from your skiing and help avoid injury, while building cardiovascular fitness. This session is equally as good for anyone wanting to get fitter and improve all over body tone with a varied workout mixing cardiovascular exercise and Kettlebelles.

Classes are available on a pay as you go basis or choose one of our pre pay and discounted passes. Pass holders are able to register a place in class by clicking the relevant class on the timetable above.
