Melissa has mixed our online fitness programmes, with various classes, to balance her fitness within a busy home life. She takes part in Body Transformation once or twice each year to stay on track with her nutrition and varies the classes according to her needs and commitments. She is a really enthusiastic participant and we love training with her!
“I like to keep fit and have been enjoying ‘Inspire me fit’ Pilates, Kettlebell and outdoor classes for sometime now, but an injury earlier this year meant I had to cut out impact sports for a while. I kept going with Pilates and swimming but really missed my other classes.
Doing the Body Transformation Online Fitness programme was a great way of getting back into fitness at my own pace at home whilst at the same time trying to lose those inevitable extra pounds with the detox. Doing 10 minutes of HIIT first thing in the morning is a great way to start the day and sets me off on the right foot for a healthy eating day.
