Classes follow the Classical Pilates programme with the addition of contemporary variations to provide a comprehensive full body workout, which will build strength without bulk and rebalance the body. Equally suitable for improving quality of life, as well as for sports enthusiasts keen to improve strength and performance.
COVID-19 Update: From Saturday 5th September we are offering a comprehensive timetable of face to face and zoom classes with new flexible passes and memberships.
All Pilates sessions will initially be suitable for all levels. We plan to review classes on a monthly basis and make adjustments to the timetable to reflect the areas of biggest demand.
