Classes follow the dynamic style of Classical Pilates to provide a challenging workout, which will build strength without bulk, flexibility and tone as well as rebalancing the body. Equally suitable for improving quality of life, as well as for sports enthusiasts keen to improve strength and performance.
Summer Pilates Sessions
During the summer we offer a reduced timetable of Pilates and Fitness classes which runs from Monday 22nd July to Friday 30th August.
