How to Book:
Bookings can be made on the appropriate page. You will need to complete a pre exercise questionnaire in advance of your course.
Conditions of booking: Bookings for Online Fitness are non-refundable. In extenuating circumstances, as long as you get in touch before the course start date, you may transfer your booking to a future date. Bookings may not be transferred once the course has started. Additional costs may be incurred according to the cost of the course to which you are transferring.
