How do the online courses work?
Our online courses combine targeted, manageable workouts with coaching and nutritional guidance. Once you have become a member you will be given access to a members-only page. Here you will find the welcome pack, a pre-exercise questionnaire which you MUST fill-out and return via the email given, guidance on Cross Training and Nutrition and your sport specific online workouts. You have the flexibility to workout when and where you want so there is no need to find time to attend a specialised class.

Whats needed from me?
  • Just 10 to 20 minutes each day to do your cross training workout;
  • A set of weights and a mat or folded towel for your workouts;
  • Time to plan! Planning is key for the endurance enthusiast. You can just dip into the meals but to get the best results you should spend time developing your own Personalised Training and Sports Nutrition Plan to manage your week.
 
How do I know if the workouts will be suitable?
Your workouts will include both modifications and progressions. You will receive a pre exercise questionnaire to complete and return with your booking confirmation, which will be reviewed by your personal trainer. If any personal fitness guidance is required you will be contacted with their recommendations.

What can I expect to achieve?
By making positive changes to your diet, improving your day to day nutrition and introducing energising pre training foods you should see immediate changes in your energy levels. By adding stretching and core strength training to your fitness regime you should notice some physical benefits after just 3 or 4 weeks. This is however a programme to encourage long term lifestyle change for endurance enthusiasts. The bigger benefits from the programme will happen gradually as you notice your training sessions becoming easier, your body responding better to hills and a reduction in aches, pains and strains.

How long will I have access to the course for?
Your payment is one off. You will set up your own password to enable you to login to the Fitter Further Faster Membership page as and when you wish.
