Walking and Pilates in East Meon
It's time to treat yourself with our mini retreat. Take some time out from the stresses and strains of everyday life and join us for a day of feel good fitness, walking and delicious healthy food. Set in the South Downs, the beautiful Hampshire Village of East Meon is the perfect setting to escape for a day with friends or make some new ones. A great opportunity to relax, enjoy a leisurely walk and some great classes. |

Countryside Walk
Our walk will take us through the beautiful countryside surrounding East Meon enjoying some stunning views of the South Downs. Come prepared to fill your lungs with fresh air and walk for around an hour and a half.
Classes
Take part in three 45 minute classes over the course of the day. An uplifting low impact Warm Up session will prepare you for the days activities followed by Pilates with the Foam Roller. This will focus on shoulder and back release as well as work to improve core strength and glute strength. After lunch and our countryside walk we will finish the day with a blissful stretch and relaxation class.
Lunch and Refreshments
No retreat is compete without some delicious food and home made refreshments. Debbie will cook a delicious hot vegetarian lunch and prepare some of her favourite healthy snacks.
