Through an ongoing dialogue we will review and enhance your exercise regime, offer tools to support healthy meal planning and consider the impact of your 'life laundry' on your health and wellbeing.

Debbie is an experienced Pilates practitioner, personal trainer and certified 3rd age peri-post menopause wellbeing coach. She will be your coach and help guide and support you achieve a healthier lifestyle.

- make the time you spend exercising count - you maybe investing considerable time and money in exercise but is it achieving what you want? Debbie will recommend a fitness regime based on your fitness goals and provide a personalised programme of on demand workouts;
- clean up your nutrition - we are often misled to believe we are eating healthy food when really we are not. We will give you recipes including breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks, to help cut down on processed foods, even when time is short;
- stress can have a massive impact on fat storage as well as mental health. Together we will discuss positive self care strategies as part of a holistic approach to enhancing your health and wellbeing.

- A personalised progressive programme of on demand workout videos
- A comprehensive full colour Body Reset recipe sheet with helpful list of useful ingredients

- Regular one to one coaching sessions (via zoom) to monitor progress and deal with issues arising through your 90 days ( 5 x 30 minute consultations)
