Classical Pilates with contemporary variations – from beginner to advanced

Classical Pilates with contemporary variations to provide a comprehensive full body workout. Build strength without bulk and rebalance the body. Equally suitable for improving quality of life, as well as for sports enthusiasts keen to improve strength and performance.

New to Pilates? Call Debbie to discuss your requirements and what session would best suit your needs. Pilates classes are i

Beginners Pilates
Perfect if you are starting Pilates for the very first time, returning after a long break, or just prefer a slow, steady session. A small, friendly class with lots of re-enforcement of technique.
Level 1 Pilates
Ideal for those already familiar with the Pilates fundamentals, this class introduces progression and flow within the classical beginner and intermediate programmes. Also suitable for new participants who are reasonably fit. 
Level 2 Pilates
A more dynamic session for experienced participants. This session introduces advanced Pilates exercises where you will not only get stronger and leaner, you should work up a sweat too!
