Pilates Workshops and One to Ones
Pilates Fundamentals The Pilates Fundamentals are a series of exercises which form the buliding blocks of all Pilates movements. This session goes right back to basics and will support complete beginners joining in with our regular timetabled Pilates Classes. Next Fundamentals Session: Contact Debbie to be added to the list for the next Pilates Fundamentals Session. |
Pathway to Pilates A series of small group workshops each looking in detail at a single iconic Pilates exercise. Each session will target a different exercise and spend time breaking down and building it up. Ideal for both beginners and experienced participants to understand more about how and why we perform the exercises we do in classes. Expect a few 'light bulb' moments! Next Pathway to Pilates Session: Date to be confirmed |
One to One Pilates Ideally everyone will book in for a one to one Pilates session now and again. It is an opportunity to look in detail at how you move, identify personal focus areas and give you specific advice. Joining an established class as a new participant? A one to one is a great idea to help us guide you better and enable you to get more out of your group class time. One to ones are arranged at a mutually convenient time. Contact Debbie for further details. |
Please complete a pre-exercise questionnaire in advance of your first session to check that the class will be suitable for you.
