Our monthly on demand membership subscription allows unlimited access to over 50 online workouts.
Workout when you want and where you want, there is something for everyone:
On demand workouts reflect our favourite classes, Pilates, LIIT and HIIT, resistance training using Kettlebells and mini bands and Freestyle Fitness Yoga. Sessions last from 10 - 60 minutes duration and are accessed via our Members Subscription page. Play through your mobile device, tablet or computer.

Pilates:
To get the biggest benefits from Pilates we should ideally practice 3 times each week. Add two 20 minute online Pilates workouts to your weekly 'in person' class and you will soon start to see your body change. New to Pilates? We have a series of beginner level sessions alongside our intermediate and advanced Pilates Workouts.
LIIT and HIIT: Improve cardiovascular fitness with our time savvy 10 and 20 minute Low Intensity Interval Training (LIIT) and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts. With plenty of modifications and progressions for each exercise these are suitable for all levels of fitness, beginner and fitness junkie alike.
Freestyle Fitness Yoga: Improve flexibility, strength and balance. A challenging dynamic workout suitable for healthy bodies.
To access the Online Fitness Members Page you will need to pay a small monthly subscription of £5.95, or a annual payment with 20% discount of £57.50.
