What are the benefits? Exercising in the fresh air is proven to increase 'feel good' endorphins and improve mental wellbeing while the nature of the environment means you see bigger benefits from your exercise. A class to improve general fitness levels and help with fat burning. |
How hard will it be? Easy to follow exercises which can be modified to make it easier or progressed to make it harder. Bring a Kettlebell if you wish to add some resistance. This class is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. |
What do I need? Bring an exercise mat, a bottle of water and wear trainers with a good grip. |
