The format includes a warm up, fitness yoga sun salutations, standing strength, core strength and deep stretch. Over the weeks we will build dynamic, flowing sequences set to uplifting music.

What are the benefits? Fitness Yoga will help improve strength, balance and co-ordination. However the biggest benefit will be improved flexibility which should be really noticeable after around 8 weeks. |
How hard will it be? This is a low impact workout. However, expect to be challenged as your body builds strength and flexibility enabling you to progress to more dynamic fitness yoga sequences. While we are able to offer modifications this class is not suitable for anyone with significant back issues. |
What do I need? Bring a non slip mat (3-5mm thickness), and wear grip yoga socks. |
