DebbieI am passionate about living an active lifestyle and helping others achieve the same benefits from regular exercise and eating well than I enjoy. My classes are designed to compliment each other with options for everyone from entry level to fitness fanatic and together help build a strong, flexible and lean body. I have numerous qualifications, but its my 20 years experience teaching fitness which enables me to create successful classes, online programmes and 'escapes'. I focus on getting to know you, identifying what motivates you, helping you deal with barriers to exercise, knowing when you are ready to be challenged and when you need support. I am proud of building a supportive fitness community in Swanmore which offers flexibilty and encourages consistency. Come and join us you will be really welcome. VanessaI LOVE FITNESS - yes, I really do!! I know that not everyone feels this way about fitness but it really does make or break my day & now more than ever we need to be exercising. When I say exercising what I really mean is being active, whether it's walking with my faithful dog, Margo, or running with my 'fitness buddies' it's just great to be doing something. I have always been 'into' fitness but only took the plunge to become a fitness instructor in 2014. I love motivating you all in HIIT/LITT but I also have found a new love in Mindful Moves connecting your mind & body together. COVID has impacted on all out lives but throughout this difficult time Inspire Me Fit has been the constant in my life and really re-enforced how important fitness is to our mental and physical wellbeing. |
CharlotteI found my passion for Pilates as a participant in Debbie’s classes. It became a huge part of my life and in 2017 I decided to become a Pilates instructor myself. I have worked as a nurse since the age of 16 and this knowledge and experience has been really beneficial to my teaching. I have enhanced my general training by studying pre and post natal pilates, Pilates for children and teens, Pilates for osteoporosis and most recently Pilates for runners. My teaching is very much based on precision of the exercise and flow of movement and is driven by a passion for people to remain mobile, independent and maximise their ability. I am currently training as a level 4 instructor which will allow me to work with clients requiring rehabilitation post surgery/illness. |

The fitness classes are not only inspiring, but fun as well. Debbie is very welcoming, positive, encouraging, offers easy and more challenging versions for most exercises. And no class is the same - making exercising fun. There is a great choice of various classes, both in person and online. And there is a great flexibility when choosing what classes to attend each week - brilliant when juggling work and family commitments. |
I have been going to Debbie's Pilate's classes for a number of years, she keeps me motivated and her enthusiasm for all things health and fitness related is incredible. She is continually updating her teaching methods and will adapt exercises for injury to suit the individual. Thoroughly recommend the aptly named Inspire Me Fit. |
Having been inactive for months, I was looking for a class that could get me back into getting fit but without impact. Debbie’s LIIT class was brilliant! She walked us through the steps making sure we were doing everything safely. By the end of the session I was definitely ‘glowing’ and really felt like I’d had a good workout but without feeling overwhelmed. Looking forward to the next class! |
