How hard will it be? Exercises are easy to follow and can be modified or progressed making it suitable for beginners through to advanced fitness enthusiasts. Choose your preferred weight of kettle bell according to your level of fitness. |
What do I need? Bring a Kettlebell (4Kg is a good starting weight) a bottle of water and an exercise mat. Please wear trainers. |
