Important Screening for 'In-Person' Classes During COVID-19
Please consider the following questions:

- Have you been in contact with anyone displaying signs or symptoms of illness or COVID-19 in the last two weeks?
- Have you displayed any signs and symptoms of illness or COVID-19 in the last two weeks?
- Have you travelled to a Country the Government is currently advising against in the last two weeks?
Guidance for attending face to face classes during COVID-19
- Please book in using our Online Booking System.
- If driving to class please wait in your car until immediately before the session begins.
- Please observe social distancing protocol at all times when travelling too, from and during the class - at least 1.5m distance.
- The rule of 6 should be observed on travelling too and from class.
- For indoor classes a face mask should be when not on your mat, but is not necessary during the workout itself.
- Please bring as few personal possessions as possible to the class.
- You will require your own equipent such as a Kettlebell for HIIT, mat, water bottle and hand sanitiser.
- Spaces will be marked out in each facility observing the recommended social distancing according to the activity.
- Please settle up your class fees in advance via our online payment system.
- At the end of the class please leave promptly observing the rule of 6.
