COVID-19

Important Screening for 'In-Person' Classes During COVID-19

Please consider the following questions: 
If you answer YES to any question please avoid attending a face to face session and join us on Zoom. 
  • Have you been in contact with anyone displaying signs or symptoms of illness or COVID-19 in the last two weeks?
  • Have you displayed any signs and symptoms of illness or COVID-19 in the last two weeks?
  • Have you travelled to a Country the Government is currently advising against in the last two weeks? ​

Guidance for attending face to face classes during COVID-19

  • Please book in using our Online Booking System.
  • If driving to class please wait in your car until immediately before the session begins. 
  • Please observe social distancing protocol at all times when travelling too, from and during the class - at least 1.5m distance.
  • The rule of 6 should be observed on travelling too and from class.
  • For indoor classes a face mask should be when not on your mat, but is not necessary during the workout itself.
  • Please bring as few personal possessions as possible to the class.
  • You will require your own equipent such as a Kettlebell for HIIT, mat, water bottle and hand sanitiser. 
  • Spaces will be marked out in each facility observing the recommended social distancing according to the activity.
  • Please settle up your class fees in advance via our online payment system. 
  • At the end of the class please leave promptly observing the rule of 6.
