What are the benefits? Although low impact LIIT will elevate the heart rate to help reduce body fat. It promotes healthy bones as well as improved body tone and general fitness. |
How hard will it be? This is a good choice to prepare for our more challenging classes, ideal for anyone returning to fitness after a break and will also suit those who prefer to take care of shoulders and knees. A low impact workout with plenty of focus on establishing good technique. The interval style format allows for plenty of progression too. |
What do I need? Bring a good exercise mat and wear trainers. This is a great class to use hand weights too. |
