Fitness for a Healthy Mind as well as a Healthy BodyInspired by Debbie's love of Fitness Yoga, Mindful Moves is a feel food session that blends movement with uplifting music and mindfulness. Each class starts with breathwork and mobility, building into flowing standing strength sequences and some focused core work. The class ends with a blissful deep stretch and relaxation to release tension and reduce stress.
We are fortunate to hold this session next to Barnaby's Coffee Shop and everyone is welcome to enjoy a coffee together immediately after class. Mindful Moves is Included with all Memberships or join anytime for an 8 week block. |

How hard will it be? One of our more gentle classes but not without a challenge. Perfect for anyone returning to fitness classes after a break or for wanting a slower more mindful approach to fitness. |
What do I need? Bring a mat, water and layers to keep warm during the relaxation. |
