Fitness for a Healthy Mind as well as a Healthy Body

A feel good class set to inspiring and motivating music. Easy to follow low impact exercises are performed with focus on quality of movement. The workout is completed with a deep stretch and stress reducing relaxation.

What are the benefits?
Focusing on muscular strength, balance and flexibility, Mindful Moves promotes a strong connection between the body and mind encouraging positive mental wellbeing. Leave this session feeling lighter on your feet and clearer in your mind.
How hard will it be?
​A perfect entry level or return to fitness class or for someone wanting a more mindful approach to fitness.
What do I need?
Bring a non slip mat (3-5mm thickness), and wear grip yoga socks.
