We specialise in results driven Pilates and Fitness classes, offering plenty of variety to keep you motivated. Our priority is getting to know you, when to push you and when you need more gentle encouragement. Modifications and progressions mean classes are suitable for all fitness levels and allow for gradual progression.

We are currently running a blended timetable of 'in person' outdoor classes and live online sessions via zoom. Indoor classes will not resume until 17th May. Please read our COVID-19 guidance before attending any In-Person classes.

I have been going to Debbie's Pilate's classes for a number of years, she keeps me motivated and her enthusiasm for all things health and fitness related is incredible. Having been inactive for months, I was looking for a class that could get me back into getting fit but without impact. Debbie’s LIIT class was brilliant! She walked us through the steps making sure we were doing everything safely.
