What are the benefits? Get the fitness benefits of two sessions in one! This great mix of exercises will burn fat, sculpt, build strength and improve flexibility. Because each section is only 25 minutes it’s a great introduction to HIIT/LIIT and Fitness Yoga! Set to uplifting music its a great way to set you up for the day. |
How hard will it be? A session with modifications and progressions for everyone. Follow the Low Impact or High Impact versions of the Interval Training section, then follow with simple Fitness Yoga moves. Expect to break a sweat but leave feeling energised rather than exhausted. Like a challenge? Bring handweights and really build the heat |
What do I need? Bring a non slip mat (3-5mm thickness), and wear grip yoga socks. Bring handweights if you want more of a challenge. |
