What to do now?
- Watch the Welcome Video and read the Introduction to the Programme document.
- Before commencing this programme we need to check if you need any personal advice regarding the exercises. Please complete a pre exercise questionnaire and email to us.
- Decide when to start and allow 3 days for your planning. It works well if you do 3 days planning ready to start Day 1 of the main programme on a Sunday. The Day by Day Guidance Document covers what needs to be done on your planning days as well as the 14 days on plan.
- Make sure you have mat or large towel to use for some of the exercises.
