What to do now
- Taking part in this programme is subject to completion of the online pre exercise questionnaire. If you have not completed one in the last 12 months or if anything has changed please complete this now. If you have any health or medical issues which may affect your participation in this programme contact Debbie for a consultation.

Boost Documents

The Workouts
Workouts are hosted through Vimeo. They can be done whenever best suits and are planned to be achievable within a limited space. That said please exercise in an open space clear of hazards and ensure trainers are worn for the metabolic fitness sessions.
Not all metabolic workouts include a warm up so please make sure you are warmed up before starting. A warm up video is provided. Warm ups are not required for Pilates / Fitness Yoga workouts.
Follow any advice given as a result of your pre-exercise questionnaire. As you are exercising without direct instruction if anything doesn’t feel right stop and do an exercise you are comfortable with. Check in with Debbie for advice. You should never continue if you feel pain or discomfort.
