How does BOOST work?BOOST is a no pressure plan to encourage positive wellbeing actions over 4 weeks.
Central to the plan is the BOOST recipe sheet. Whether you choose to dip in to the recipes or follow the weekly meal plans you will benefit from eating a varied diet of nutrititious food with plenty of veggies. Each week there will be a positve mindset activity and series of actions to ideas to help manage stress and promote a healthy lifestyle. Follow the guided programme of workouts or take an occasional session. Regular check ins via zoom help keep you focused and for those who enjoy group camaraderie join our BOOST WhatsApp Group and help spread the positivity. Expect to finish your four weeks feeling better, more in control of your health and wellbeing, with more energy and most likely a looser waistband. |
