BOOST ExerciseBOOST workouts are moderate intensity, each around 20 minutes long, designed to help enhance immunity and boost your mood. They are progressive, building week upon week and can be accessed on demand to be done in the comfort of your own home.
The exercise is focused on promoting longevity and supporting an active lifestyle. This could be equally valuable as cross training for sports enthusiasts as it is for promoting general fitness and improved wellbeing. Enhance your Boost Plan by adding in some 'live' zoom classes too. |

BOOST MindsetIt's easy to head into a downward spiral after Christmas and during lockdown, to become overwhelmed and immobilised by the seemingly massive task of getting fit and eating well after over indulging.
Over the period of 4 weeks through BOOST you will 'get your house in order' leaving you not only practically but also mentally prepared for the year ahead. Join the 'live' supported programme for daily motivation and follow the weekly activites to promote a positive mindset. |
