BOOST Food

BOOST is about making healthier living easier, exactly what you’ve asked for following our previous online programmes. We have done the planning for you as at the centre of Boost are weekly ‘done for you’ meal plans and shopping lists.

There is no cutting out food groups. BOOST promotes real food cooked from fresh and provides plenty ideas for anyone interested in dishing up healthy, nutritious, 'no fuss' food. 
BOOST meals are planned to nourish and boost immunity:
  • quick and easy to prepare
  • use fresh seasonal ingredients
  • increase your veggie intake
  • ideas to add variety
  • full of nutrients
  • include meals all the family can enjoy

BOOST Exercise

BOOST workouts are moderate intensity, each around 20 minutes long, designed to help enhance immunity and boost your mood. They are progressive, building week upon week and can be accessed on demand to be done in the comfort of your own home.

The exercise is focused on promoting longevity and supporting an active lifestyle. This could be equally valuable as cross training for sports enthusiasts as it is for promoting general fitness and improved wellbeing.

Enhance your Boost Plan by adding in some 'live' zoom classes too.


There will be three workouts each week each with a different focus.
  • ​Flexibility and Balance: fitness yoga workouts will mobilise and stretch those areas requiring a bit of TLC!  Release tension in your shoulders and back, stretch out tired legs and ease out tight hips.
  • Strength and Conditioning: Pilates inspired workouts will build core strength and muscular balance helping protect the body against injury and improving posture.
  • Metabolic Fitness Training: each week the workout will encourage gradual progression promoting improved cardiovascular fitness.

BOOST Mindset

It's easy to head into a downward spiral after Christmas and during lockdown, to become overwhelmed and immobilised by the seemingly massive task of getting fit and eating well after over indulging.

Over the period of 4 weeks through BOOST you will 'get your house in order' leaving you not only practically but also mentally prepared for the year ahead.  Join the 'live' supported programme for daily motivation and follow the weekly activites to promote a positive mindset.

How does BOOST work?

Either dip in to the recipe sheet and workouts as and when you wish or jump in and follow our guided 4 week programme.

We know from our other Online Programmes the power of being a part of a positive group of like-minded people and the value of our day to day motivational messages. For those who enjoy group camaraderie join our BOOST Facebook Group and help spread the positivity.

Expect to finish your four weeks feeling better in control of your health and wellbeing, with more energy and a looser waistband.

All the documentation and workouts will be hosted on your BOOST members page:
  • download and print your recipe sheet and weekly meal plans;
  • download the weekly shopping lists and cut and paste into your online shop or take them with you to the supermarket;
  • fill your store cupboard with items from your 'essentials' list;
  • follow the on-demand workouts when and where you wish;
  • Book in to up to 4 'live' zoom classes
