It's simple - no can's and cant's just plenty of meal ideas using fresh nutritious ingredients. Be inspired by our 40+ page book of quick and easy recipes or use the done for you weekly meal plans and shopping lists to take the stress out of meal planning. Our home made low sugar Granola has been described as a healthy breakfast game changer!

BOOST Exercise

BOOST Exercise is all about feeling good and is designed to enhance immunity and boost your mood. BOOST encourages outdoor activity such as walking as well as including a series of short, progressive on demand workouts covering:

  • Strength and Conditioning
  • Metabolic fitness

Workouts can be accessed on demand to be done in the comfort of your own home.

  • ​Ease tension in your shoulders and back, stretch out tired legs and release tight hips;
  • Build core strength and muscular balance helping protect the body against injury and improving posture;
  • Gradually improve cardiovascular fitness;
  • Fuel the heart as well as the muscles.

A healthy body goes hand in hand with a healthy mind. BOOST includes weekly positive mindset activities to help you feel better and more in control of your health and wellbeing.

How does BOOST work?

BOOST is a no pressure plan to encourage positive wellbeing actions over 4 weeks. 

Central to the plan is the BOOST recipe sheet. Whether you choose to dip in to the recipes or follow the weekly meal plans you will benefit from eating a varied diet of nutrititious food with plenty of veggies. 

Each week there will be a positve mindset activity and series of actions to ideas to help manage stress and promote a healthy lifestyle. Follow the guided programme of workouts or take an occasional session. 

Regular check ins via zoom help keep you focused and for those who enjoy group camaraderie join our BOOST WhatsApp Group and help spread the positivity.

Expect to finish your four weeks feeling better, more in control of your health and wellbeing, with more energy and most likely a looser waistband.
All the documentation and workouts will be hosted on your BOOST members page:
  • download and print your recipe sheet and weekly meal plans;
  • download the weekly shopping lists and cut and paste into your online shop or take them with you to the supermarket;
  • fill your store cupboard with items from your 'essentials' list;
  • follow the on-demand workouts when and where you wish;
  • join our WhatsApp Group and zoom chats for support and motivation;
