BOOST FoodBOOST is about making healthier living easier. We have done the planning for you as at the centre of Boost are weekly ‘done for you’ meal plans and shopping lists.
There is no cutting out food groups. BOOST promotes real food cooked from fresh and provides plenty ideas for anyone interested in dishing up healthy, nutritious, 'no fuss' food. |

BOOST ExerciseBOOST workouts are moderate intensity, each around 20 minutes long, designed to help enhance immunity and boost your mood. They are progressive, building week upon week and can be accessed on demand to be done in the comfort of your own home.
The exercise is focused on promoting longevity and supporting an active lifestyle. This could be equally valuable as cross training for sports enthusiasts as it is for promoting general fitness and improved wellbeing. |
There will be three workouts each week each with a different focus.

BOOST MindsetIt's easy to head into a downward spiral after Christmas, to become overwhelmed and immobilised by the seemingly massive task of getting fit and eating well after over indulging.
Over the period of 4 weeks through BOOST you will 'get your house in order' leaving you not only physically but also mentally prepared for the year ahead. Boost includes regular motivation through weekly catch up sessions and a WhatsApp Group as well as activites to promote a positive mindset. |

How does BOOST work?Either dip in to the recipe sheet and workouts as and when you wish or jump in and follow our guided 4 week programme.
We understand the power of being a part of a positive group of like-minded people and the importance of accountability in imporving health and wellbeing. Weekly check ins via zoom help keep you focused and for those who enjoy group camaraderie join our BOOST WhatsApp Group and help spread the positivity. Expect to finish your four weeks feeling better, in control of your health and wellbeing, with more energy and a looser waistband. |
