Caroline is someone who inspires us as well as those around her and is always off in search of her next adventure. Since training with us she has undoubtedly got stronger and uses classes to maintain her fitness for her mountain treks.
Whilst I was working I used the gym on a regular basis. Once I retired I found myself doing more walking and trekking and realised I needed to keep up a certain level of fitness.
Through a friend I heard about Inspire me Fit about four years ago and joined a weekly Pilates class and HIIT class. I also love the open air classes and go whenever I can. I’ve participated in the on-line programmes; both body transformation and the beach body a couple of times. From these I’ve learned the importance of healthy eating; not that I stick to it as much as I should but I know how easy it is, with a bit of effort, to follow the eating and exercise plans to lose those bulges and feel great! What I love about all the classes is the enthusiasm of Debbie and Vanessa, the lovely people I’ve met and the wonderful feeling of being fitter, stronger, healthier, more positive and confident.
There are so many things I want to do and realise the importance of fitness and strength and with Inspire me Fit’s help I intend to keep aiming high – I love the mountains and there are still more on my list that I need to get up! |
