Be inspired by Charlotte Sampson
Charlotte is a special participant as she is also the wonderful designer of our website! We were really pleased when she decided to give Pilates a try and she really hasn't looked back since. Charlotte is a great example of the power of Pilates, which has strengthened her back leaving her able to join in cardio and resistance classes.
I started practicing Pilates on the recommendation of my Osteopath about 4 years ago. I had struggled with recurrent back issues since having my children and needed to find a way to strengthen my core, including my back, which is when I found Inspire Me Fit.
Debbie has supported me from being a complete novice, progressing to now attempting the advanced moves. I take part in Pilates Classes twice a week, and have found that my back is much stronger – my 3 monthly visits to the Osteopath are a thing of the past! On Debbie’s recommendation I also joined Kettlebell HIIT once a week. It is a great class, which has helped my back, my core strength and improved my overall fitness. I enjoy the variety of different classes, they are friendly, fun and welcoming to everyone – with progressions to suit all fitness levels. As a busy, self-employed mum finding classes that fit in with my schedule has been a big help – and I really look forward to my classes each week. |
