Be inspired by Daniel Moate
Daniel attends Pilates twice a week and our small group Kettlebell HIIT session on a Wednesday morning. We have noticed a great improvement in his flexibility, cardiovascular fitness and core strength.
I started training with Inspire Me Fit as my sciatica was terrible and my hip was packing up. My wife who was already attending Debbies Pilates classes signed me up as I needed to get fitter for my forthcoming hip operation and to improve my back health!
I have built up to 2 Pilates classes a week and added a Kettlebell HIIT class. I like Inspire Me Fit because the atmosphere is light and supportive. Debbie is just a lovely person and makes us all feel welcome. |
Since starting classes I am much fitter and I have NO back pain. I feel much healthier and happier
