Be inspired by Ella Douglas
Ella is such a friendly member of Inspire Me Fit and a regular at our evening fitness classes. She loves a good cardiovascular workout and as she has become fitter we have had to up our game to keep her challenged!
I started training with Inspire Me Fit three years ago when I first moved down here from Basingstoke. I had previously done spinning and zumba classes and used to run too but I wanted a local class to attend.
I currently attend the Kettlebell HIIT classes two times a week. I've also tried the outdoor workout and Pilates classes in the past and enjoyed the 'kettlebell-lates' classes recently. I try to attend the HIIT classes every week and try not to let other things get in the way as I really enjoy them. I completed a Body Reset programme about 2 years ago which helped me to recognise what foods I should be eating to have a healthy balanced diet and it gave me some great recipe ideas which I still sometimes make now. I think the combination of eating healthier meals and doing the HIIT classes regularly has really increased my health, fitness and strength. It doesn't seem to matter how long you've been attending for, the class is always a really good workout! I really enjoy the HIIT classes; physically it's helped me to tone up and just generally feel fitter but also mentally, I feel more energised and after a tough day at work I love letting off steam through exercise. I also love the atmosphere at the classes. Everyone is really friendly and not knowing many people down here outside of work, it's nice to have a chat with people before the class and to get to know them. I'm really pleased that I started attending the classes and would recommend that anyone wanting a good workout give them a go. |
