Be inspired by Louisa
Louisa has been a fantastic addition to our team of participants and now takes part in almost all the sessions we offer. The benefits of training regularly and mixing Pilates with Kettlebells and the Outdoor classes are that she has seen results quickly and in many areas of fitness. We have noticed big improvements in cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance. It is fantastic to hear that alongside that she reports that the aches and pains she previously suffered have disappeared. We love training with you Louisa, keep up the great work!
Before joining Debbie and Vanessa’s classes, I was putting up with aches and pains in my knees, neck and shoulders. The classes have cured all this, I’m sure!
The Pilates has been particularly brilliant for my strength, posture and flexibility, and I find it relaxing! An unexpected benefit from Pilates has been that I seem to be able to really belt out notes when I’m singing! Perhaps it’s my improved core strength! I love the Outdoor Workout! By 9am on a Saturday morning I’m done and all full of energy for the day! I have to say after the first few Outdoor Workouts, I was very tired for the day afterwards but after a few weeks I had built up stamina and now just feel energised and good afterwards. Going to Pilates, the Outdoor Workout and Kettlebells really isn’t a chore like I have found other exercise classes in the past. I look forward to it. I think it’s because everyone’s friendly and I’m encouraged to push myself without feeling pressured. Debbie and Vanessa are really good at making sure everyone’s doing the exercises correctly. Even little things like the great music help make the classes brilliant! What I love about the pay as you go set up for the evening classes and Outdoor Workout, is that I can book as many classes as I can make; some weeks I can go to loads, some weeks I can’t. I rarely get aches and pains now and I feel so much better. That’s after just 7 months. Overall I love it, so thank you. |
