Polly is one of our regular online participants. She explains how our Online Fitness and Fatloss Programmes allow her to take control of her exercise regime and healthy eating all in the comfort of her own home.
I am a busy working mum with limited hours in the day to myself so my meals becomes unhealthy quick snacks, an evening glass of wine becomes standard exercise is next to non existent. I was hoping Debbie’s Body Reset programme would give me the kick start I needed to basically get back on track with healthy eating and burning some calories and by the end of it was really hoping my clothes wouldn’t be as uncomfortably tight as they were.
The only way you can manage the two weeks is to plan, plan, plan and then plan some more! Debbie gives you an overview of what to expect for the 2 weeks and you then have plenty of time to decide the three meals you are going to have on each day. There are some great recipes and a huge list of food on your shopping list that you can have unlimited amounts of with each meal - there’s no snacking allowed in between meals but with three good meals a day you don’t need to. |

Debbie introduced the idea of fasting to the group and I think they’re great - immediately I felt far less bloated and since finishing the body reset I have carried on with the fasts twice a week.
The great thing about doing the body reset in a group is the support you receive from Debbie and everyone else doing the body reset with you. People sharing ideas, recipes, what they have found useful, things they have found hard, there’s no judgement when your day might not go exactly to plan, just more support and encouragement. It’s tiring, and I found I slept better than I had done for years but I also had far more energy during the day and I found getting up 30 mins earlier to get the exercises in really set me up for the day.
At the end of the 2 week I had lost 6.5lbs and 18cm all over my body and more importantly I looked leaner and healthier. I am still using the intermittent fasts, the exercises and many of the recipes and yes I still have some more work to do but body reset is a great starting point and I enjoyed it so much I’ve already signed up for another of Debbie’s plans as I think they are great value for money. Can’t get a better recommendation than that!
