Rachel is one of our most loyal participants and has been training with us since we set up class in Swanmore in 2012. Since becoming so much stronger from Pilates she has joined in Kettlebell HIIT and is a regular at our Wellbeing Day.
I have been attending Debbie’s Pilates class for over five years, having recently moved into Swanmore I was looking for a class that I could join locally.
Having suffered from back problems since a teenager I hoped that Pilates might help. Within weeks I had noticed a considerable difference and up until now have never suffered again with my back and I also feel more flexible and stronger. Whilst I always find Pilates challenging the benefits from attending have been amazing!
I run my own business which at times can be very stressful, I have learnt how important it is to have some ‘me’ time and to look after yourself. I always feel so much better after attending a class.
I have recently joined Debbie’s HIIT class on Wednesday morning which I am really enjoying, I have also participated in Mindfull moves, outdoor workouts and all three of the Wellbeing days.
I would like to thank both Debbie and Vanessa for providing such an excellent range of exercise classes.
