Be inspired by Sarah Walton
Sarah is a really enthusiastic member of an increasing number of classes and has demonstrated that to achieve your fitness goals you need to be prepared to make changes. She has done this within the constraints of a very busy family life and has used our online workouts and nutrition plans to supplement the time she has available to attend classes.
Keeping fit has always been important to me but with work and family life, it went to the bottom of the ‘to do’ list. When I first met Debbie I recall giving a variety of lame excuses for not doing exercise, but my main one was there just wasn’t enough time!
So as a starter, I took on the Saturday morning Outdoor Workout. Initially I was daunted by the prospect of both the exercise and such an early start on a Saturday. What about my lie in? I can tell you that it beats a lie in any day, getting the body moving and heart pumping and igniting those endorphins to really give you a fantastic fun start to the weekend. You feel incredibly virtuous too! I have had some great results from taking part in a number of online Body Reset programmes. The combination of eating well, hydrating correctly and quick HIIT exercise keeps me on track with looking after myself and along the way Debbie’s insights have educated me on diet and exercise that has helped manage some of the advancing symptoms of the menopause. These tips have been endorsed at her most enjoyable and revitalising Well Being Retreat days. Pilates is now my newest endeavour! Whilst it is early days and the Monday morning class is certainly a challenge, I can already feel the difference in my core strength after just a few months, which can only be a good thing! With Debbie and Vanessa’s help I have been able to re-engage with fitness, making it less of a chore and more part of my daily life. With the variety of fitness options that Inspire Me Fit offers, there is no excuse for not looking after myself and more importantly, I no longer feel guilty about giving keeping fit the time it deserves. |
