Be inspired by Steve White
Steve is one of our most committed fitness class participants training with us up to 3 times each week, indoors and outdoors. His commitment to classes has paid off as we have seen a notable increase in core strength and cardiovascular fitness which will improve his skiing and help prevent injuries. Since training with us he is clearly leaner and stronger too.
I started training with Inspiremefit in November 2014. Conscious I needed to start preparing for an upcoming skiing holiday in the following February, an advert outside the village shop came at a perfect time. Back then, I only did the one weekly "ski-fit" class on a Wednesday evening with Vanessa. But I felt the difference, I enjoyed a much better level of stamina and less leg-burn on my holiday. From that point I was (and still am) hooked on the classes, adding the Monday evening class to my routine, and then Saturday mornings outdoors (most of the time!). The classes are always fun and motivational, but always keep a focus on delivering real fitness benefits through well thought-out routines involving HiiT and kettlebells. Although Vanessa's choice of music is sometimes questionable!
Both Debbie and Vanessa are always mindful of the class participants, offering options for each exercise to ensure everyone works at their own level. Having said that, they gently push you to work hard and get the maximum benefit from the classes. For me, the classes are fun and they work. The name Inspiremefit is very apt.
