Day Retreat Terms & Conditions and other Useful Information
Please ensure you have completed a pre exercise questionnaire at least 14 days before attending your retreat.
Notification of dietary requirements on booking please as we are unable to supply additional choices on the day.
Unfortunatley we are unable to refund Retreat bookings however you may transfer your place to another person as long as we are given their details at least 7 days before the event.
Failure to attend on the day will result in the loss of your fee.
We reserve the right to cancel a retreat. In this situation you will be offered either a alternative event or a full refund.
In order that we are able to update you important information which might affect your retreat please allow us to hold your contact details and select what communication you would like to receive from Inspire Me Fit.

Please take note of the following precautions before joining a retreat
If you have ticked any risk factors on the Pre Exercise Questionnaire you will need to get approval from a GP or medical professional prior to participation in the exercise activity and follow any specific guidelines/ recommendations provided by them.
Please use good judgment and common sense when taking the classes. Adaptations will be provided for different ability levels to enable you to work within your own capability. Consider your level and ability and choose the appropriate level of the exercise and rest when you need to.
By participating in a retreat you are doing so at your own risk. Inspire Me Fit Ltd will not be responsible or liable for any injury or harm you sustain as a result of your participation.
