How does ZEST work?Zest is a 9 day fully supported plan including planning time, with Debbie checking in regularly and keeping you on track. The meal plan gives daily recommendations for meals with time saving prep ideas. Zest is a positive plan with positive actions, it is not a diet and there are no restrictions.
Documentation will be emailed in advance allowing the weekend to follow our guidance on how to prepare ready to make the most of your week. Daily contact will be through our live online workouts and a Whats App group. Finish the week feeling leaner, energised and more body confident. |
