Be inspired by Maria Angliss
Maria has only been training with us for a few months but the changes to her fitness levels and body shape have been amazing! She quickly increased her commitment from solely Pilates, adding in a weekly Kettlebell HIIT session. The Spring Body Reset came at just the right time and has enabled her to make changes to her nutrition which she now plans to continue.
What is your reason for taking part in this programme and what is your Goal?
I wanted to lose weight, being healthier and have more energy. Did you achieve what you hoped to? The above and so much more. I feel motivated, energised and feel happy and refreshed. I do not have any more muzzy headaches and I'm sleeping more deeply. I feel great and have a spring in my step. What is next for you? To continue. More... exercise, water, IF days, continue to minimise processed foods (especially my breakfast). Going to bed at 10pm-10.30pm. |
