Body Reset One to One:
It is a while until our next group Body Reset course but in the meantime Body Reset One to One is being offered as a personalised plan run exclusively around YOU!
Body Reset follows our tried and tested formula of 'clean eating', cutting out processed foods to balance hormone and blood sugar levels on fat storage, but in this plan we switch things up incorporating some principles of the 5:2 pattern to allow more flexibility over weekends when you may want to relax and socialise. A real plan for real people.
New progressive resistance workouts will boost metabolism while burning fat and building lean muscle. Follow our short but effective Youtube workouts on demand and in the comfort of your own home.
Body Reset runs with seasonal variation in the Spring  and Autumn, There are two options depending on your starting point and fitness objective:
  • Nurture Plan - supporting those taking a first step to instigating change
  • Challenge Plan - for regular fitness enthusiasts who have reached a plateau and need ideas and motivation to change up their routines​
What is Included?​
  • Welcome Pack with lots of useful information on what to expect and how to make the most of your two weeks;
  • Regular live group catch ups on Zoom to discuss issues arising from the group;
  • Effective fat burning workouts which can be accessed on demand. You will need a Kettlebell and mini band to make use of all the workouts;
  • Use your 'clean eating' shopping list and 25 page recipe sheet to plan and create quick easy meals suitable for all the family;
  • Healthy Snack recipe sheet including easy to bake low sugar sweet treats;
  • Weekly Guidance - a general day by day overview of the programme to help plan your coming week;
  • Daily guidance - detailed advice day by day covering meal planning and exercise recommendations;
  • Guidance on moving from Body Reset to maintenance including a maintenance recipe sheet;
  • Regular contact with your trainer for all important motivation to reach your wellbeing goal and advice on how to tweak things which might not work for you;
  • Join our private Facebook Group  to share ideas with  the other like minded members of the Body Reset Crew .

"I recently did the Spring Body Reset with Debbie. I wanted to get stronger and healthier. When the menopause started and my waist “thickened” I just assumed that’s what happened and there wasn’t much I could do about it. It was annoying but I accepted it as part of life. I’m also self employed so fitting exercise classes into my life was difficult. Well after doing the reset I’m getting back the waist the menopause stole!! I’m now nearly two weeks after doing the reset I’ve 21.5cm and over half a stone lighter. I’m stronger, I now have a routine of getting up and doing a fitness session and/or a walk/run. And I have lots more energy
