Be inspired by Wendy Horn
Wendy took a while to decide to join us on Body Reset but is so pleased that she did. We spent some time before the programme started discussing her requirements and how she could make a few adaptions to the nutritional aspects of the plan to make sure she got the benefits she was seeking.
I have been doing Debbie’s Pilates class for some years. I’ve always struggled with the motivation for regular exercise and whilst not totally unfit, I needed that push to kick in a different way of doing things - (those biscuits and that slice of cake where my staple with a cuppa, rather than a treat!)
Lethargy had kicked in and I always felt so tired. Time for a change! When Debbie spoke about her “Spring Body Reset”, with two levels ( Challenge/Nurture), changing our eating habits and exercising, I immediately thought to give it a try. I’m so glad I did! A lovely group of ladies joined me on Facebook for the duration of the two week course. We shared thoughts, any struggles and lovely pictures of the food cooked from the delicious recipes sent to us to make. |

Debbie was brilliant at keeping in touch with us all. We had several daily FB messages of instruction, tips and advice. We had pictures, suggestions, and “YouTube” exercise routines to do. You never felt lone and I don’t mind admitting to missing my group of fellow “resetters” now the two week course has finished.
Have I lost weight? Yes.
Do I feel trimmer? Yes.
More importantly, I’ve got so much more energy, eat better and I don’t crave the sugar. (I do have small treats but home cooked with natural sugar alternatives).
I would definitely recommend this course. I got so much from it. Thank you Debbie.
