BODY   RESET

Body Reset is a four week programme which has been successful in helping many people lose weight, increase energy and take control of their health

Cutting out processed foods and enjoying nutrient rich protein and vegetable based meals better balances hormones and detoxes the body, reducing fat and encouraging improved mental clarity. The recipes are quick and easy to prepare and many are suitable for the whole family. Workouts are short and effective with options available on demand and for all levels.

Reports suggest that over one third of the population gained half a stone or more during lockdown and at last the Government has acknowledged the impact obesity has on our health and on our NHS. Body Reset will help you establish healthy eating habits, ditching processed foods in favour of quick and easy nutritious meals cooked from fresh. Progressive resistance workouts will boost metabolism while burning fat and building lean muscle. Body Reset will provide the tools to make long term positive lifestyle changes. However  over the four weeks you can expect to loose a couple of cm around the waist, feel better about your body and significantly increase energy levels. 

Body Reset ‘live’ runs with seasonal variations in the Spring  and Autumn, There are two options depending on your starting point and fitness objective:

  • Nurture Plan: supporting those taking a first step to instigating change
  • Challenge Plan: for regular fitness enthusiasts who have reached a plateau and need ideas and motivation to change up their routines​
